What we collect

When you ask us to email you a category list or claim a number, we collect:

• Your email address. So we can send the list and confirm you actually want it (double opt-in).
• Your business name, if you give it. Helps us spot whether you're a real buyer vs. an automated scraper.
• Your IP address. Stored for abuse-prevention rate limits and to flag obvious scraping patterns.
• The categories you request. So you can re-request the same list later, and so we can spot when a particular email seems to leak our inventory to a third party.

We do not collect your phone number, real name, mailing address, payment details, or any sensitive personal data on this site. If you complete a number registration with us later, we'll collect what's needed for that transaction at that time. That's a separate flow on TollFreeNumbers.com.

What we do with it

Your email is used to send the specific category list(s) you requested. We may occasionally send you a follow-up if a number you expressed interest in becomes available or gets claimed, never more than once a month, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

We do not sell your email. We do not rent it. We do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes. Inside the 1800MARKETER network of sister sites (vanitynumbers.com, vanitynumbersforsales.com, resporgs.com, newlocalnumbers.com, etc.) we use the same email only to fulfill what you asked for, never to push unrequested marketing.

Email handling specifics

Lists are delivered through the Gmail API on a sending address we own and operate. We send from a TollFreeNumbers.com address; replies go to bill@tollfreenumbers.com.

Every email has an unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it once and you're out. We honor unsubscribes within minutes. Your record stays in our database for 30 days after unsubscribe so we can prove we honored the request if anyone asks, then it's purged.

Cookies and analytics

We don't run third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel) on this site. We log standard web-server access logs (IP, page, user-agent, timestamp) for operations and abuse detection. Logs are kept 90 days.

If we add analytics later, it'll be a privacy-respecting alternative (e.g. Plausible) with no cross-site tracking, and we'll update this page first.

Your rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe via any email's footer, or by visiting the management link we send with each confirmation.
• Ask what we have on you by emailing hello@1800available.com. We'll respond within 7 business days.
• Ask us to delete your record entirely. Same email. We'll do it within 7 business days unless we're required by law to retain something (e.g. an active reservation).

These rights apply to everyone, regardless of where you're located. If you happen to be a California resident (CCPA) or an EU resident (GDPR), nothing on this page changes. These rights are already what we owe you.

Children

This site is intended for business buyers. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has submitted information, email us and we'll purge it.

Updates to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if the change reduces your privacy, email everyone on the list before the change takes effect.
