What this site is
1800AVAILABLE.com is a categorical browser for currently-available toll-free vanity numbers. We surface a small set of curated picks per industry on the public site, and email you the full top-100 list per category after a one-time double opt-in.
We don't sell the numbers ourselves. Our actual registration flow runs through TollFreeNumbers.com (the broader 1800MARKETER network). When you're ready to register a number, we'll route you there for the transaction.
Use of the site
You may browse freely. You may save, print, or share any specific number we display. You may request lists by email for any category. We hope you find your number.
You may not: automate scraping of our pages, submit fake email addresses, use the email-list flow to harvest our inventory for resale, or otherwise abuse the service. We rate-limit by IP and email domain, and we monitor for inventory leaks. Persistent abuse will get your email and IP range blocked.
About number availability
Toll-free number availability changes constantly. Numbers get claimed, expire, get re-routed. We refresh our inventory monthly from the official Somos toll-free registry. That's the authoritative source. Before we email you a list, we do a live verification against Somos so the numbers you receive are confirmed available at that minute.
Despite that live check, by the time you actually try to claim a number, a competitor may have grabbed it minutes ahead of you. We cannot guarantee any specific number will be claimable when you ask. The top 5 numbers shown on each high-value category page are pre-reserved by us in Somos. Those are the safest to call about.
Pricing
Browsing this site is free. Receiving an emailed category list is free. There is no subscription. There is no "free trial" that becomes a charge.
If you decide to register one of the numbers we surface, the registration goes through TollFreeNumbers.com at the prevailing rate, currently $49 one-time per standard registration; premium numeric numbers (heavy-repeater 800 numbers) may carry a higher one-time fee disclosed before purchase. There are no recurring fees from us; ongoing monthly carriage fees are charged by your chosen RespOrg.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise to:
- Send the list you requested, once, after you confirm your email.
- Live-verify availability immediately before we send.
- Honor unsubscribes within minutes.
- Not sell, rent, or share your email outside our own network for marketing.
- Refund any registration fee paid to TollFreeNumbers.com if the number turns out to be unclaimable due to our error.
We don't promise: that a specific number will still be available when you call about it; that the inventory we show is complete (we curate); that the site will be available 100% of the time; that emails always arrive (your spam filter is between us and you); or any business outcome from buying a vanity number.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for anything related to this site is capped at the amount you've actually paid us, which in most cases is zero. We're not responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if we were warned about the possibility. This is the standard limitation of liability you'll find on any service site; it's not a loophole, it's the deal that makes operating a free public service feasible.
Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or block IP ranges at our discretion, particularly when we detect scraping, fraud, or harassment of our staff. We'll explain why if you ask politely.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change is material and affects an active interaction (e.g. a pending email list request), we'll honor the old terms for that interaction.
